Katerina K. Sikioti

Senior Partner

She is one of the partners of Charalambakis and Associates law firm. In 1986 she graduated from the law school of National Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is highly experienced in Tax Law, in Civil Law, in Insurance Law, in Criminal Law and in Corporate law. In the course of the year she received a degree from the Teachers Training College of Lamia. In 2002 she granted a Master’s Degree from the Democritus University of Thrace in Criminal Law and Criminology. In 2004 she granted her PhD from the Democritus University of Thrace Law School. She is a member of Athens Bar Association since 1988. From January 2011 to June 2014was legal counsel to the Law Department of Regional Education Office of the Ministry of Education Affairs in Athens, concerning administrative law matters as well as disciplinary law matters. Also studied national legislation on private and public schools. From May 2010 to October 2010 was Member of the Legislative Drafting Committee of the Ministry of Justice, for the incorporation into national law of the Framework Decision 2008/913/JHA on combating certain forms and expressions of racism and xenophobia by means of criminal law, and for drafting the explanatory memorandum of Evaluation of Consequences and Settings, as well as the text of the incorporated Framework – Decision. Since 2023 she has been teaching as Associated Personnel at Hellenic Open University. As a member of the law firm, she supervises the legal service of the Henry Dunant Hospital Center since 2018.

Christina A. Krappa

Senior Partner

She is one of the partners of Charalambakis and Associates Law Firm. She was admitted to Athens Bar Association in 2005 and she is a lawyer before the Athens Court of Appeal. She holds a Law Degree and a Master's Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure granted by the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace. She is a PhD candidate in Law and her doctoral dissertation focuses on the Criminal Liability of Company Directors and Managers. She graduated London School of Economics (LSE) programs’ specializing on Corporate Law and Corporate Governance, as well as on International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. She is highly experienced in civil law with particular emphasis in law of obligations, corporate and commercial law, as well, both at consultation and litigation level. She has also active practice with extensive experience in White Collar Crimes, Tax Criminal Law, Professional Negligence and Criminal Liability. She has acted as external legal counsel to several industrial companies, as well as pharmaceuticals, media, and accounting companies. She is fluent in Greek, English and German.

Emmeleia Charalambaki - Altouni

Junior Partner

She is one of the partners of Charalambakis and Associates Law Firm. She holds a Law Degree from the University of Nicosia. The year 2018 she got a Master’ s Degree in Corporate Law from the University College London. She is a PhD candidate in Law and her doctoral dissertation focuses on the Criminal Provisions in the Law of Limited Liability Companies. She speaks English, German and Turkish.

Vasiliki G. Chrysomallou

Training Lawyer

She is a trainee lawyer at the Athens Bar Association. She is a graduate of Arsakeio School of Psychiko. In 2019 she entered the Law School of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, from which she graduated in April 2024. He participated in the 8th National Virtual Trial Competition of ELSA Greece in Criminal Jurisdiction. She has served as a Special Associate in the field of Social Responsibility and External Relations of the international and non-profit organization ELSA Greece.She has written articles on criminal law issues in the legal magazine De Jure as well as in the website of Cine Lege. He speaks English and French.

She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2005 and an attorney-at-law before the Supreme Court. She graduated from the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace and holds a Master's Degree in European Law (LLM Masters in Law) from Leiden University, Netherlands. She has participated in numerous international organizations' educational programs in Europe and the United States. She has an extensive experience in complex civil law cases, international private law, business and commercial law and intellectual property law cases, both at an advisory level and litigation, as well as in domestic and international construction arbitration cases. She has been a legal counsel to industrial companies, pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, domestic and foreign banks, as well as to media companies. She speaks English and German.

Dimitra – Despina P. Panteli

Senior Associate

She is a lawyer before the Athens Court of Appeal, member of the Athens Bar Association and an associate to Aristotelis Charalampakis Law Firm since 2009. She has successfully completed her studies in the United Kingdom and holds a BA Honours Law and German Studies Degree, as well as a LLM Master's Degree in the field of European Commercial Law. She is practicing law at both consultation and litigation level, in the areas of family law, divorce, child custody, alimony ,labor, inheritance law, all kinds of real estate transfers, contract law and commercial leases. Since 2018, she is providing legal services to the Legal Department of Henry Dunant Hospital Center. She speaks English and German.

Ioannis A. Charalambakis

He is a graduate of the Law Department of the European University of Cyprus (EUC). Graduate of the Hellenic-American Educational Institution (Athens College). He has completed the supplementary training program Judicial Psychiatric Forensic Psychology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, while attending the program Criminology: Approach to Criminal Profiling of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has attended a program of study at Columbia University, NY City, specializing in theater and set design. He has been a volunteer at the Olympic Games, Special Olympics, in 2011 in Athens. And he has performed the duties of coach of the national team at the Winter Olympics, Special Olympics, in 2013 in South Korea. He speaks English, German and Spanish.

Dimitrios M. Voulgarakis

He is a lawyer and a member of the Athens Bar Association. He graduated from the Law School of the European University of Cyprus. He has completed supplementary education programs in Forensic Psychiatry and Psychology, Criminology: A Criminal Profiling Approach, and Introduction to Blockchain in Financial Services at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as the Criminology and Criminal Psychology postgraduate programme at the University of Essex. Angeliki Antonopoulou

She is a lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association since 2018. She graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2016, and holds a Master's Degree in Private International Law and International Transactions from the same University. She has been regularly advising on a wide range of Civil, Corporate, Business and Healthcare law, while also been involved in the structuring of several types of commercial agreements. Her practice has also been focusing on Regulatory and Compliance matters in the Healthcare sector.
